Andrea Davide Arnaldi Admitted to the Bar of Milan Graduated in Law at the Cattolica University of Milan. High School Scientific Diploma "Istituto Salesiani Milano" Lawyer since 2001 and owner of Studio Arnaldi Caimmi & Associati in Milan. During his career, Mr. Arnaldi developed particular experience in the field of Commercial and Bankruptcy law, offering legal and strategic advice to Multinational Corporation and to small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to his forensic activity, Mr. Arnaldi also carries out training activities about Credit Management both as lecturer and as Head of the Legal Department of the Academy of Credit Evolution. He is also a trainer of some of the most important trade associations such as the National Association of Financial and Administrative Managers ( www.andaf.it ), the Italian Association of Credit Managers (www.acmi.it), the Association of Electrical Distributors ( www.assodel.it), Unipro Cosmetics Italian (www.unipro.it) and The Association of small-sized enterprises (Api) of Vicenza and Verona. As a member of the National Association of Financial and Administrative Managers (Andaf), he took part in many conferences and workshops about legal and taxation issues regarding internationalization and relocation of Italian companies in China . Throughout the years, Mr. Arnaldi specialized in credit management and credit recovery and became person in charge of the division of the firm for legal and financial advice about the relocation of Italian and European companies in the Chinese market. Since 2009 he has been both partner and advisor of Credit Evolution Srl, a company specialized in credit management, where he is legal advisor, supervises training activities, and teaches in the Academy of Credit Evolution (www.academycreditevolution.it) . He is also one of the didactic manager of Academy of Credit Evolution and, through this, he contributed with Andaf to the implementation of "Andaf Education" where, as a teacher , he holds a course on "Management of the tools of business crisis". He participated in several workshops and conferences in the field of Credit both as a guest and as a lecturer and he wrote and edited a lot of articles about credit management which had been published in some trade magazines. In 2010 he contributed to the writing of some chapters about the pre-legal management of the credit in the book "The Strategic Credit Manager" published by IPSOA. In the same year he also published some short essays regarding the credit recovery and VAT recovery management (both pre legal and judicial). Since 2006 he has been member of the supervisory board of a major multinational company.
