Chronic condition,
work in health field
and primary care implication
Comparison between Emilia-Romagna
and Brazil
February 9-13, 2015
INTRODUCTION
In its second edition, the Italo-Brazilian Laboratory about Education, Research and Practices in Community Health will
address the issue of working in health field in the territories, in a setting of service transformation to Primary Health Care.
Recognizing the complementarity of roles between universities, social-health services and community, the Laboratory will
focus on three main themes:
• training-intervention, management and organizational models in primary care
• proximity practices, mobilization of communities and primary care
• education in primary care and its devices
The main goal of the week will be to strengthen the existing collaboration between University, the Regional Health Service
and Brazilian Institutions, through the comparison of paradigms, tools and practical experiences in the territories.
In order to achieve this objective, the activities will be organized in four different frameworks:
• theoretical and methodological seminars - February 9, 10 and 13, 2015 (open)
• workshops for discussion and mutual training - February 10-12, 2015 (limited number of participants, registration
required)
• laboratories for community based learning - February 11-13, 2015 (visits to the facilities, limited number of
participants, registration required)
• co-planning worktables (reserved to the participating institutions)
The event, co-sponsored by the Institutions listed below, will take place in collaboration with the participants to the
international mobility project “Science without Borders - CSF”.
