a sealed envelope, bearing only the intended recipient’s address and the discreet project
reference (Restoration Works for the Existing Royal Saudi Embassy in the Hague, the
Netherlands). Full details will be provided with the tender pack.
2. Company details together with relevant experience during the past (5) years and
references should be submitted with the offer.
3. Works must be priced according to the tender documents provided to the companies and
the forms below must be completed in full, signed and stamped by the company seal.
4. A financial guarantee to the value of 1% of the total value of the offer or the quotation
should be issued by a bank and must be included with the tender.
5. The offer must be valid for at least for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of submission.
6. The deadline for receiving bids is 12 November 2014.
