Synopsis
Synopsis
10 years after the war in Serbia,
the country is still in debris and
the society is still broken. The
very beautiful Jasna lives in the
poor suburbs of Belgrade and as
all other teens, lives a life without
much adult guidance. A broken
generation growing up without
understanding why the war ever
existed. They escape reality by
constant smartphone videotaping
and online posting of their youth
and their intense sexual
relationships, as a cry for help of
a generation who also deserves
a normal life like the rest of us.
Tio år efter kriget i Serbien.
Landet fortfarande i ruiner och ett
samhälle som fortfarande inte
fungerar. Skönheten Jasna bor i
en fattig förort till Belgrad och
som alla andra tonåringar, lever
hon ett liv utan nämnvärt
vuxeninflytande. En bruten
generation vars uppväxt präglas
av en oförståelse varför kriget ens
existerade. De flyr verkligheten
genom att spela in och lägga upp
sina intensiva sexuella relationer
på internet, som ett rop på hjälp
från en generation som förtjänar
ett normalt liv som alla vi andra.
Director's biography
Regissörens Biografi
Maja Milos was born in 1983 in
Serbia. 2008 she graduated from
the University of Arts in Belgrade.
Before that she studied, among
others at the Documentary Film
School in Paris. Milos has
directed several short films
during her education. "Clip" is her
debut as a feature film director.
Maja Milos är född 1983 i
Serbien. 2008 tog hon examen
från University of Arts i Belgrad.
Innan det studerade hon bla vid
Documentary Film School I
Paris. Milos har regisserat
flertalet kortfilmer under sin
utbildning “Clip” är hennes
debut som långfilmsregissör.
