English Honors English – Successful completion of Honors 8- enroll for Honors 9 – If you did not take Honors 8 you and you want to take Honors 9, sign up for the class. If this placement is not appropriate, the counselor will follow-up with the student and family. Reading Skill Building Students who need additional work in developing their reading skills will be placed in a reading skill building class in place of an elective. Math Algebra Geometry Advanced Algebra Functions, Statistics and Trigonometry (currently at SAHS) Math Skill Building* Students will be placed in courses based on data. *This course will take place of an elective option and will be in addition to the core Math course. Math Skill Building Students who need additional work in developing their math skills will be placed in a math skill building class in place of an elective.
