• This HMO established in the 1990s, is
significantly expanding membership as they
gear up for implementing health care
reform changes in benefits and eligibility.
• Transportation is a member benefit. The
HMO partners with OUTREACH to seek the
most appropriate and most cost effective
options. Administrative funds are used for to
pay for the transportation.
