Dive Control Board • Shall be guided in the performance of the required duties by the Dive Control Board (DCB). • The Diving Control Board has autonomous and absolute authority over the scientific diving program. • DCB must be made up of a majority of active scientific divers. • Operational responsibility for the conduct of the local diving program will be retained by the Diving Safety Officer.
