These include Enquiries, Conferments, Data Quality improvements etc. The ‘Projects Summary’ table above gives you status information and the references to the relevant document libraries Business Support Services Home Business Support Services Group Information Hub/Knowledge Centre/ Overview The Knowledge Centre is a key project that pulls together resources from a wide range of locations into a single coherent repository of knowledge about key administrative activities. The ambition is for all the critical administrative activities that support the work of academic and admin staff, the services that our students and other customers receive will be documented here. The BSS team are responsible for collating and maintaining this system and work in conjunction with teams across SAS to achieve this. If you need help or guidance please contact the team. Documentation arising out the new projects, procedures, changes to these, etc should be logged with the team/projects office. The system is subject to constant revision and improvements and the SAS User Group has a key part in this.
