ACCELERATED PROGRAM GROUPS Concept of self-contained groups for academic subjects ACCELERATED PROGRAM ALP Teacher Feedback “The concept of self-contained groups for all academic subjects is advantageous. It really allows for teamwork among staff working with the ALP students. It benefits both students and teachers; teachers instruct the same students, unlike all other high school classes, and it allows for more possibility to have cross-curricular activities. Finally, looping, where the same teacher teaches a group of students for an entire cycle, creates an environment where the sense of continuity is much stronger.” Physical Activities at MTJHS Sports Teams: Basketball, Soccer, and Handball New this year!
