PD- ATMA – Will get an access to online application developed for issuing payment instruction through dedicated User ID and Password. PD- ATMA – They will issue payment instruction on both online & offline mode by selecting various components/sub components wise financial allotment. Once payment instruction is generated, various reports are updated automatically for reference & review. Payment instruction is than handed over to beneficiary if this is a Cheque Payment or to Bank, if it is a RTGS/NEFT payment. Provision of rectification has been made to take care of wrong entry.
