EPLD Templates Project

The MHSOAC is hosting a project to provide further enhancements to the
EPLD Templates Microsoft Access tool used to analyze FSP CSV file exports
from the DCR.

The focus of this project is to add new reports and functionality to the
EPLD templates in order to further support county evaluation of: 1)
programs, 2) providers, and 3) partnership service coordinators.

This webinar provides training on the new functionality of the templates.


EPLD Project Goals
 Empower counties, providers, programs and PSCs to
evaluate FSPs:
 Provide summary to clinicians of each partnership’s
progress/outcomes
 Improve data quality
 Help identify the effectiveness of the services
 Help improve or extend effective services
 Create uniform indicators across counties, programs and
providers
 Encourage communication with a common language
 Promote sharing of successful approaches

Loading the Data and Forgetting to Select the “Update Data” button

Selecting to leave the query form open and then accidentally closing
