IMPLEMENTATION GP supervisors recruited Implementing it in general practice: • learning resources distributed to GP supervisors • non-GP health professionals selected based on existing relationships by the practice • supervisors and non-GP health professionals were briefed regarding the project aims, and approach, including their roles. • follow up and coordination by lead GP. It will be then compared to the pre-implementation evaluation results.
