administration window • Provide schools with maximum flexibility in scheduling • Maximize instructional time prior to testing • Avoid traditional spring break weeks • Complete bulk of testing prior to Memorial Day • Reduce the online testing load that might occur at any one time • Maximize statewide comparability by grade level – 3 week window • Provide grade 11 an additional 5 weeks – 8 week
