- push-back/start-up incorrectly authorised
- incorrect assignment of parking stands
- insufficient/incorrect/inappropriate radio frequency communication
- inadequate awareness of call-signs
- follow-me service
- noise level
- engine run-up at above idle power on stand

GSE (Ground Support Equipment)
Any irregularity, failure to comply with procedures, deviation from SOP (Standard Operating
Procedures) or dangerous practices occurring during handling operations (cf. legislative decree 18/99)
which could pose a risk to aircraft, people, vehicles or infrastructure - in the event of damages classify
as GSR1.
The classification includes:
- aircraft services: water/toilet/refuelling/de-icing/catering/cleaning
- marshalling, start-up, push-back assistance
- PRM assistance (even if under Airport Operator responsibility)
- PPE (hearing protection, safety footwear, protective gloves, high visibility/reflecting clothing etc.)
- GSE (tractors, forklift, belt conveyor, carts, dollies, pallet nets, loader, towing, push-back tractors,
chocks, marker cones, etc) inadequacy, non-compliance, poor state or inadequate maintenance

In the event of hazardous material leakage classify as GSR 4.
Failure on the part of persons called upon to collaborate during alarm/emergency/accident stages and
of people on duty at the time of the emergency to comply with airport emergency plan.
Inadequate emergency equipment, means of communication or procedures themselves.
Any event not listed in the above-mentioned headings.
