23 January 2015 PRINCE2® process model - the Essence The following diagrams show the processes used during PRINCE2® management stages. Although the first diagram was created in 2004, based on the 2002 version of PRINCE2®, it is still actual apart from some changed terminology. The codes used in the sub processes (DP1 t/m DP5, etc.) have disappeared in de 2009 version of PRINCE2®, but have kept in the diagram to relate to previous versions and for clarification. The diagrams should clarify the theory and can therefore be used while preparing for thee Foundation en Practitioner exams.
