PRINCE2® process model - the Essence
The following diagrams show the processes used during
PRINCE2® management stages. Although the first diagram was
created in 2004, based on the 2002 version of PRINCE2®, it is
still actual apart from some changed terminology.
The codes used in the sub processes (DP1 t/m DP5, etc.) have
disappeared in de 2009 version of PRINCE2®, but have kept in
the diagram to relate to previous versions and for clarification.
The diagrams should clarify the theory and can therefore be
used while preparing for thee Foundation en Practitioner
exams.
