Return instructions, operational leasing
Please return the car to one of the return locations stated on the next page. Alternatively, you have the
possibility to return the car at the dealer delivering your new car or to leave the car at your office. In either way
you need to contact GE in order to arrange transportation to KVD. Please note that all transportation comes
with an additional cost, and should be approved by your employer/fleet manager. You are responsible for
ensuring that the return form is filled out and sent to GE Capital, fax number 08-559 505 55 or by email
remarketingse@ge.com.

When the car is returned, it must be washed, cleaned on the in- and outside, and not carry any additional
equipment. Please contact KVD in order to set up an appointment.
When the car is returned GE will cancel your fuel cards. If you have received a new car via GE you should
already have received new fuel cards to your new vehicle.
