legend says the three kings gave one
galette des rois to Jesus Christ.

- 2 Puff Pastry
 - 100g ground almonds
 - 75 g of sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 50 g soft butter
 - A few drops of almond extract
 - 1 egg yolk pour brown
 - A bean !

Traditionally, we eat la galette des rois
on January 6th.
 But today we eat la galette des rois from
end of December to the end of January.
(with a glass of champagne)
 80% from les galette des rois are sold in
Paris.

