神啊，求你保佑我，因为我投靠你。
2 我的心哪，你曾对耶和华说：“你是我的主，我的
好处不在你以外。”
3 论到世上的圣民，他们又美又善，是我最喜悦的。

1 Keep
me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge.
2 I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no
good thing.”
3 I say of the holy people who are in the land, “They are the noble
ones in whom is all my delight.”
以别神代替耶和华的，他们的愁苦必加增。他们
所浇奠的血我不献上，我嘴唇也不提别神的名号。
5 耶和华是我的产业，是我杯中的份，我所得的你
为我持守。
6 用绳量给我的地界坐落在佳美之处，我的产业实
在美好！

4 Those
who run after other gods will suffer more and more. I
will not pour out libations of blood to such gods or take up their
names on my lips.
5 LORD, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my
lot secure.
6 The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
surely I have a delightful inheritance.
我必称颂那指教我的耶和华，我的心肠在夜间也
警戒我。
8 我将耶和华常摆在我面前，因他在我右边，我便
不致摇动。
9 因此我的心欢喜，我的灵快乐，我的肉身也要安
然居住。

will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my
heart instructs me.
8 I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right
hand, I will not be shaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body
also will rest secure,
10 因为你必不将我的灵魂撇在阴间，也不叫你
的圣者见朽坏。
11 你必将生命的道路指示我，在你面前有满足
的喜乐，在你右手中有永远的福乐。
10 because
you will not abandon me to the realm of the
dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
11 You make known to me the path of life; you will fill
me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at
your right hand.

每一天我是新人, 披上寶血作新衣
我的罪主已赦免, 心中安息真甜蜜
Every day I am new, clothed in the precious blood.
My sin has been forgiven by the Lord,
How sweet it is that I can rest in peace.
把昨天留給黑夜, 思想主話語在清晨
重新獻上身體靈魂, 為主而活償主恩
Leave yesterday to the dark night,
Meditate His words in the early morning.
Dedicate again my body and my soul,
Live for the Lord and for His grace
舊事已過都變成新
忘記背後努力向前
在基督裡天天是新人
我愛主裡的每一天
The old has passed and everything is anew.
Forget things behind, and strain toward what’s ahead.
Everyday I am new in the Christ,
I love my days in the Lord.

17 Sanctify
them by the truth; your word is truth. 18 As you
sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world.
19 For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly
sanctified.

所以，不要忧虑说：吃甚麽？喝甚麽？穿甚麽？
这都是外邦人所求的，你们需用的这一切东西，
你们的天父是知道的。你们要先求他的国和他的
义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What
shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans
run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows
that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his
righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as
well.
彌迦書 Micah 6: 8
世人哪，耶和华已指示你何为善。他向
你所要的是甚麽呢？只要你行公义，好
怜悯，存谦卑的心，与你的神同行。
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
