HOW IT WORKS
The micro porous structure of the DUST TEX NET® makes it
washable and resistant to wind and dust. Each microscopic pore is
about 10 times smaller than a 90 microns dust molecule, which
means that the air can pass through the net but not the dust which is
trapped in de inner part of the containment net and cannot escape. In
the case of humid dust the DUST TEX NET®, reduces its flow
capacity for the air which will be reestablished as soon as the dust is
dry. The net DUST TEX NET® is designed to be auto cleaning; it
resist UVA rays and doesn’t lose its color. It also maintains its
mechanical characteristics for 5 years at least.
The pores of the DUST TEX NET® are 700 times bigger than a
standard air molecule, so the air flow can easily pass through but not
the dust. The wind that brings dust in the DUST TEX NET®, dry it and
shake it, scrolling it down i the internal base of the net itself.

HOW IT WORKS
 Dust
Tex Net is electrostatically
charged because of the air flow that
passes through it and therefore it
attracts micro particles of dust and
collects them till they fall on the ground
for gravity.
 Dust Tex Net works according to the
same principle of Gore-Tex, that is it
stops dust mechanically allowing the
air to freely pass through.
HOW IT WORKS
 Dust
Tex Net makes a statistic
selection of the particles transported
by the wind which rarely hit the net
exactly at 90° and in most cases they
have different angle according to the
wind direction. Therefore the net mash
span is much bigger than the
granulometry of the collected dust.

thanks to its single wire structure and high
tenacity. In case of a overload, the clips
supporting the net open on the lower side
leaving the net free to wave and preserving
its integrity.
