The back pressure build up will open the liner in the keg - Once the liner is deployed, pressure will rise in the keg to the regulator set pressure - Shut off the cylinder valve. If the keg holds pressure the fitment seal is functional Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Purge – seal check & liner deployment - If pressure is lost, carefully remove the handle and reset the fitment seal Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Fill - Shut off the keg valve to hold the CO2 in the keg - Disconnect the liners and remove the coupler. - Remove the ball lock retainer and ball from the outlet port Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Fill - Remove the check valve from the CO2 port Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Fill - Replace the check valve with a flat gasket as shown Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Fill - Attach the fill line to the outlet port as shown - Attach the serving valve to the CO2 port Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Fill - Open the keg valve and begin the gravity fill - At the start of the fill, shut off the serving valve to create backpressure and maintain full deployment of the liner - Once pressure has been established, open the valve as needed to reduce foam Copyright @ EV Container Corporation EVKeg Fill - When the liner is deployed and fully supported by the keg walls, the keg can be pressurized to the full operating pressure of 45PSI.
