Should there be more than one(1) given address, indicate the other addresses as well 11 Loandex2 Guidelines Penalties • Erroneous / Inaccurate Responses – P100,000.00 • Late Response to Broadcasted Inquiries – P1,000.00 / Day • Late Response to a Clarification Request – P1,000.00 Confidentiality The information provided by the LDPC should be treated as strictly confidential and should not be disclosed to any person or entity except to bank officers and staff who are required to have such information for the conduct of the bank’s business operations. 12 Loandex2 Guidelines Suspension of Operation • The Loandex Data Processing Center (LDPC) operations shall be suspended in case BAP suspends cheque clearing in Metro Manila on account of inclement weather, such as, typhoon, continuous rains and floods; calamities; among others. • Responses to inquiries due on the day the LDX2 is suspended shall fall due on the succeeding banking day.
