Jesus came, the doors having been shut, and stood in their midst and said, “Peace be with you.” John 20:24-29 ( NASB ) 27 Then He said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing.” 28 Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!” 29 Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.” Conclusion Hebrews 13:5-6 ( NASB ) 5 Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,” 6 so that we confidently say, “The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?” “Friend Day” Prayer Gracious Father, Lord of the Harvest, fill me with Your Spirit that I might join You in cultivating friendships that point people to salvation in Jesus Christ.
