The History of the Roller Coaster
Below are ten fun and interesting facts about roller coasters:










The fastest roller coaster is King Da Ka at 123 MPH.
The longest roller coaster is over 8,300 feet long of track.
The steepest roller coaster is at 97 degrees
Home of the scariest roller coasters is the United States, in Busch Gardens or 6
Flags.
The first two roller coasters were built in the 1800’s in France.
The oldest operating roller coaster was made in 1902.
The first roller coaster was actually a coal transporting train.
Cedar Park has an enjoyable 17 roller coasters in it.
Six Flags is not far behind that however with a thrilling 15 roller coasters.
The largest drop on a roller coaster is 418 feet which is King Da Ka.
