Our friendly staff will
always be happy to
help you and are
always at these
desks.

When you visit intu
Bromley you can go
to one of the desks
to collect a safe
shopping card.

This can be used to
help you talk to our
staff.

If you want to use our safe
card scheme:
 Go to the customer service
desk.
 Give them a phone number
of a friend or family
member to contact in case
you need them!
 You will then receive a Safe
Card.

If you need help at intu
Bromley, just show any
of our team your Safe
Card and they will help
you.

intu Bromley has it’s own
police team who are happy to
help you.

We have our own team of
PCSOs who only work at intu
Bromley.
