Lock-in period activated

Vehicle will be registered on client name

Both the parties will have original agreements

PDC for Buy back option

Tenure extension available for another two years with same amount

All running maintenance(Insurance, Driver, Diesel, Repairs etc) will be born by Company

Client is not responsible for any incidents from Driver (Company will take care)

Company is not having any right to reduce / stop the payment with any kind of reasons
9
Monthly payment will be paid by 10th of every month with 2% TDS

At end of the agreement period, client can choose any of the following option
a) Buy back
b) Tenure extension
c) Taking vehicle
