designed to pack and serve your pre-filled
burrito. Heat in the microwave or oven. Your
customer can then simply rip off the end and

Equipment:
Before you start:
5.5cm diameter ice cream scoop
Oven or microwave
Make sure you wash your hands
Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry
Stage 1:

Scoop 150g filling into the centre
of a tortilla (2 scoops)
Fold in the two sides of the
tortilla
Roll up the bottom edge of the
tortilla
Continue to roll up the base
keeping the mixture tightly
enclosed
Stage 5:

Stage 8:
Place the rolled tortilla into the
ovenable paper keeping the open
end to your right
Fold the open right hand side of
the paper in
Roll the paper upwards keeping it
tightly round the tortilla
Seal the paper with a (preprinted) sticker. Important: Allow
5 minutes adhesive bonding time
before cooking.
For best results heat in an oven at 180oC for 20-25 minutes
alternatively heat in a 1725w microwave for 30-35 seconds
