• The aim of the Family Matters steering group is to recruit, train and support volunteers to work with families with multiple and complex needs.

– Timeline

• Pilot to start mid/end July (10 weeks)

• Training through the early autumn months

• Start to work with families in November

• Regular meetings of the Family Matters Steering Group and the Project Group for 10 in 100

• By October results in from the People Pilot and Quality

Assurance feedback

• Celebrate launch of main project in November
