Games 30 minute halves, subs no re-entry per half, running clock, 10 minute half-time, first team home.
**Training in the same field and sequence as the same day's morning games (day 1 same field as day 2).
Keepers train twice daily, once with state team and once with the region coaches at 7pm at fields 3/4.
Meal schedule: Breakfast 6:30am-9am, Lunch 11am-1pm, Dinner 4pm-7pm, Dinner/Snack 8pm-10:30pm.
