Use the Flash Cards to Prepare for the interview
questions
Rehearse interview with a friend
Tape yourself and view the tape to constructively
criticize yourself
Be careful of posture & body language
Know how to get there & get there early, about 1520 minutes before interview time

best way to answer this question is to generate a
statement that covers both possibilities, like
 “Both, I enjoy working as part of a team and I can

 The interviewer is really questioning your flexibility
here as well as your interpersonal skills

 Careful
with this one, the employer wants to know how
you would handle conflict
 How would you handle it?
 Don’t overreact with emotion and anger!
 Be cool and confidently mention to the second
supervisor that you were asked by the first to complete
a task and then you’d be more than happy to complete
second task, shows maturity and respect
