• Circuits: DS3, New Ethernet and Existing
Ethernet upgrades
• Survey must be completed

LCON: What to expect
• Site visit(s): Must be scheduled ASAP, Site
Ready - a list of items to be completed in
order to be “Site Ready” will be provided by
the Engineer.
• Router: New Routers or Reconfiguration will
depend on our current circuit and bandwidth.
If new, they will be shipped to your attention.

LCON: What to expect
• Access Circuit Delivery: You must be available
for engineer access to facilities. Please mark
your new circuit.
• Test and Turn-up: You will schedule when you
are available to assist with testing. Circuit
outages will vary from 15min to 1hr.
