• Allows post-dated checks to be converted to an
ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment schedule
• Mandates bank regulation requiring ACH payment
priority vs. traditional checks
• Mandates bank regulation allowing ACH NSF
re-deposits three additional times vs. traditional
checks one time only

Proof of valid, active checking account

Valid driver’s license, state ID, or military ID

The customer signs the "no credit required
agreement " for the requested products or services.
2.
The customer presents the check payable to the
merchant for the products or services.
3.
Merchant gets customer approval for the
transaction.
4.
The customer’s account will be debited for the
transaction on specified dates.


Maximum aggregate: $8,000.00

Maximum time for post dates: 3, 6, or 12 months

Merchant does not deposit a single check

Platinum One LLC collects on customer’s bad
checks

minimum is due same day, balance is spread out over 3, 6, or
12 months
Merchant receives an approval for the transaction
Customer determines the duration of the loan
Merchant receives full amount within 72 hours
Two-, three- and four-year leases available
Full 4-year warranty included
$5.00 statement fee
Platinum Plan: buyout $3,750.00
Merchant has the option to transfer lease after 8 months
Single check conversion up to $36,000.00
Platinum Plan:
Warranty fee rate: 9.95% - 30.95%
 Merchant can increase warranty fee for profit
building (example 2% or 3% optional)
 Merchant will receive up to $8,000.00 within 72
hours (based on account balances and credit score)

 Credit Card Processing is available for
additional commission but not required.
 All funds are guaranteed (no more bounced
checks!).

years. $599.99 set up fee. $224.99 a month.


Platinum One LLC plans or sold as a stand
alone.
