Investment Opportunity
with
Sabre’ Cook Management LLC
WWW.SABRECOOKRACING.COM
The purpose of Sabre’ Cook Management,
LLC is to offer selected individuals the
opportunity to invest in the racing career of
one of America’s most promising young
drivers and have the potential of a good
return on that investment. The business plan
calls for multiple partners and investment
levels in order to broaden the opportunity.
You may question the timing of such a
proposal. In fact the timing is quite good.
Currently, teams and their series promoters
and suppliers find themselves with lagging
revenues and are more open to giving
favorable deals. Sponsorship dollars are also
harder to come by. The less determined
drivers and those lacking in creativity will fall
by the wayside leaving fewer drivers in the
junior ranks for the top teams to pick from
when the economy turns. The peak earning
years of a professional IndyCar driver are
typically between ages 25 and 38.
The pursuit of excellence in motorsport is somewhat unique. Rarely in
any other sport are the costs to compete so high even at the junior
levels. An ambitious and talented athlete in this sport needs literally
hundreds of thousands of dollars in support if he or she is to reach their
career goal of becoming a paid professional.
However for the successful professional driver the returns can be
substantial. Top drivers in IndyCar currently earn $3 to $4 million annually
with total career earnings topping $40,000,000*.

Sabre’ is focused on becoming a driver in the IndyCar Series. This has
been her goal since getting into a go kart at the age of eight. There
is a need for more Americans in IndyCar racing. Only 9 out of the 33
drivers in the 2012 Indianapolis 500 were American, with the last
winner in 2006. The first and only female to lead laps at the Indy 500
and the only female to win an IndyCar race was Danica Patrick, who
hasn’t raced in IndyCars since 2011. While there have been 8
women drivers who have raced in the Indy 500, there yet has been a
woman win!

The career path we have mapped out is designed to achieve this
goal. Sabre’ has had an outstanding career in karting, winning
multiple national championships. She is ready to prove her talent in
cars on the ‘Mazda Road to Indy’.

The ‘Mazda Road to Indy’ladder championships race in support of
the IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis 500. It is the stage where a
young driver can display his or her talent in front of all the IndyCar
team owners, including world famous teams such as Penske, Ganassi
and Andretti Autosport.

Here is an opportunity to invest in a young female driver who has the
talent and determination to reach her goals. With help the dream
will become reality!

Sabre’ Cook
The Athlete
Born in Grand Junction, CO on May 21, 1994 Sabre’ showed an early aptitude for speed! At the age of 8
Sabre’ began racing go karts, the starting point for all future auto racing stars including Ayrton Senna, Jeff
Gordon, Danica Patrick and Michael Schumacher. She quickly progressed from winning at the local level to
winning at the state and national level accumulating several titles.
In 2010 at the age of 15 cars beckoned and Sabre’ enrolled in the internationally acclaimed Skip Barber
Racing School, which has produced many racing talents such as Juan Pablo Montoya, Marco Andretti, Jeff
Gordon and Ryan Hunter Ray. Sabre’ progressed quickly and entered the Skip Barber Karting Shoot Out
which leads to a scholarship as a Mazdaspeed Development Driver. While she didn’t win the scholarship,
she gained considerable experience and improved her performance the following year in the shootout. In
2013 she has entered the shootout again with the hopes of earning the scholarship towards her 2014 car
racing career.
Sabre’ graduated from Fruita Monument High School with a 4.17 cumulative GPA in 2011. She was a
member of the National Society of High School Scholars and received the Superintendents Scholar Award,
which is given to a student who achieved a 4.0 or above all four years of high school. In 2012 Sabre’
entered the prestigious Colorado School of Mines located in Golden, CO to study mechanical engineering.
She was one of 900 chosen from 11,000 applicants for the freshman class. When not racing or testing she
works as a driver coach in karting. She is also busy with PR and media obligations, following a strict fitness
program, and developing relationships with potential marketing partners.
Stacey Cook
Managing Member
Stacey, along with being Sabre’s father, has many years experience in business
giving him the skill set to develop future revenues for Sabre’ Cook Management.
He had a successful professional motorcycle racing career spanning the 70’s
and 80’s and has been in the Real Estate business for the past 23 years.
Stacey also is the North American importer for CRG USA, one of the top
professional go kart teams in the country with notable drivers such as Jan Heylen
(IndyCar/ALMS), Cole Whitt (NASCAR), Davide Fore’ (5 time world karting
champion) and Felipe Fraga (Formula Renault). He also built and owns the
internationally recognized Grand Junction Motorspeedway in Grand Junction,
CO.
As Sabre’ began racing for the team he took over the management of Sabre’s
early racing career. As she moves up the motorsport ladder from karting into
cars, and with family finances being limited, it has become necessary to sell
sponsorships and attract partners and investors to help fund her progress. With
that in mind he formed Sabre’ Cook Management, LLC in 2013. As the funding
demands of Sabre’s flourishing career escalates Stacey will spend the majority of
his time focused on Sabre’ Cook Management LLC. He lives in Grand Junction
with his wife Melissa along with their son, Tristan.
