forward-thinking translator to join our international Content team in trivago¿s headquarters in
Dusseldorf, Germany. This position offers you the opportunity to help shape the voice of our successful
and rapidly growing product. You will be responsible for translating various texts from English into
Italian in a creative way, adapting the trivago voice to successfully reach your target audience.
Working cross-functionally with the product team, you will adapt, edit and test authentically easygoing, creative and dynamic communication materials that promote new features and key benefits of
our product. You will learn all about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to create catchy and effective
SEO texts that push trivago¿s visibility. Your tasks: ¿ Accurately and creatively adapt headlines, sublines and web content from the original English copy for the Italian trivago website and our
communication portal for hoteliers ¿ Consistently translate and creatively adapt copy from the original
English for newsletters, emails and customer service templates ¿ Create interesting and dynamic SEO
texts to further push trivago¿s visibility in search engines ¿ Successfully research and write semantic
reviews for hotels Your profile: ¿ You ideally have a university degree in a relevant field e.g.
communications, online marketing, international business, linguistics ¿ You have at least 1-2 years¿
translation experience ¿ You speak Italian at native level and have excellent written communication
skills ¿ You¿re fluent in English ¿ If you have a basic understanding of HTML, great. If you¿ve heard of
SEO before, even better! ¿ You are skilled in approaching issues with creativity and innovation, and
