Kansainvälinen Leevi Madetoja -mieskuorokilpailu
järjestetään jo kuudennen kerran huhtikuussa
2015 Tampereella. Kyseessä on Pohjoismaiden
ainoa pelkästään mieskuoroille suunnattu
kilpailu. Osallistujat kilpailevat lauantaina
18.4.2015 kolmessa sarjassa: Korkeatasoiseen
kansainväliseen sarjaan voivat ottaa osaa
myös ulkomaiset mieskuorot. Kansallinen ja
katselmussarja on suunnattu vain suomalaisille
kuoroille. Kilpailuareenana toimii tällä kertaa
Tampere-talo, joka on kuoroväelle Tampereen
Sävelestäkin tuttu. Kilpailuviikonloppuna
järjestetään myös monenlaisia oheistapahtumia.
Kilpailun säännöt ja tuomaristo julkistetaan
vuoden 2013 alussa, ja ilmoittautuminen alkaa
tammikuussa 2014. Liity jo nyt postituslistalle

Den Internationella Leevi Madetoja-manskörstävlingen anordnas redan för sjätte gången i
april 2015 i Tammerfors. Tävlingen är den enda
i Norden som riktar sig bara till manskörer.
Deltagarna tävlar lördagen den 18 april 2015 i tre
serier: En internationell serie på hög nivå där även
utländska manskörer kan delta. En nationell serie
och en kavalkadserie endast för finländska körer.
Tävlingsplats är denna gång Tammerforshuset,
där även Tammerfors Vokalmusikfestival hålls
vartannat år. Under tävlingsveckoslutet anordnas
också anknytande verksamhet av många slag.
Tävlingens regler och jury offentliggörs i början
av 2013 och anmälningen börjar i januari 2014.

The International Leevi Madetoja Male Voice
Choir Competition will be held for the sixth time
in April 2015 in Tampere. It is the only choir
competition in the Nordic countries which is solely
for male voices. The participants will compete on
Saturday 18 April 2015 in three series: A high-level
international series for male voice choirs all over
the world. A national series and a review series
for Finnish choirs only. This time the competition
will take place in Tampere Hall, also venue for the
biannual Tampere Vocal Music Festival. During the
competition weekend there will also be a variety of
relating activities.
