Invitations (การเชื้อเชิญ)
Invitations are counteous requests to someone to attend certain functions.
They may be printed or handwritten and they usually include the information :
1. host / hostess
2. occasion
3. place , date and time
We can write invitations in three forms : card, note or letter.
Congratulations
We write letters of congratulations to friends , acquaintances
or business associates when we hear their achievements.
These letters should be written as soon as possible with sound
natural.

- expression of goodwill
Notes
Notes are often used in our daily life and can be sent by hand
Or left for people to read. We write notes when we want to be
Brief and get quickly to the point.
There are many kinds of notes such as :
- apologizing
- instructing
- requesting
