•Axes
and maces were
used for close combat
fighting but could also
be thrown
•They weren’t as
popular as swords
•Most people who used
them were the ones
who couldn’t afford
swords
•Usually light and
balanced to help on the
battlefield
•Known for there
destructive power and
easily take down fully
armored enemies
Spears
•Spears
weren’t as
popular and effect and
nearly as strong as
swords
•They were usually
wooden poles with
super shape spear heads
at the top
•They were used to keep
the fighter as far away
from there opponent as
possible while still being
able to fight off there
enemy
