The local governmental unit must establish standards or guidelines stating what conditions will constitute a basis for requesting nonrenewal or revocation of a license The local governmental unit must notify licensees of the guidelines and any subsequent changes Loss of license: The local unit of government can request that the MLCC revoke the license of an off-premises licensee who has been found guilty of selling alcoholic beverages to a minor on three separate occasions in a consecutive 12 month period.
