Hello and thank you for your interest in partnering with us as we bring quality
interior design education within the reach of every Nigerian.
Founded almost 3 years ago, Maven School of Interior Decoration and Design is
Nigeria’s first interior design school and still remains the best and the biggest, we
have come a long way from when we started and now have branches in Lagos
(Lekki, Ikeja, Onipanu and soon Festac), Abuja and until recently Port-Harcourt.
For many years we have had a lot of prospective students clamour for a branch
near them and we have seriously considered how to bring every city a branch
without undermining quality and our high standards.
To help expand without compromising standards, we have decided to sell
franchises or encourage joint ventures, let us inform you at this point that our
Onipanu branch in Lagos is a franchise and we look forward to continuing with
that success story as we hope to open more branches throughout Nigeria with
partners such as you!

SO WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR PARTNERSHIP?
Anyone who loves interior design and decoration and is also business savvy...you
don’t have to be an Architect or a practicing interior designer, the decision to
partner with us either by being a joint venture partner or by buying a franchise is
purely a business one; we will provide all the necessary training to you and to the
facilitators we will employ and those usually Architects or Interior Designers.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
As in every partnership, parties involved are expected to bring certain advantages to
the table, as one of Africa’s best Interior design school, we bring to the table an
enviable track record of immense growth and success, and we have in less than 3 years
trained more than 500 students some of them foreign students, a lot more prospective
students are just waiting for us to open a branch and the school will be immediately
filled up...we have built a brand synonymous with excellent interior design education
tailored to international standards; we have structures in place that ensures that
wherever we open a new branch standard is assured and students are well thought,
without doubt anyone who has a stake in any of our branches will find it very
profitable indeed.

IS THIS PROFITABLE?
We do not need to tell you that there are a lot of people who want to study at
our school across Nigeria and even Ghana, we already have students from Chad
and Cotonou... in our current branches we enrol an average of 20 students every
month...fees are usually N80,000 only except when we have a promo, that is an
average of N1,600,000 only every month and this is because we have a
maximum student population of 10 students per class! How much does the branch
need to spend on staffers: just about 10% is usually okay for salaries etc.
SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS?

JOINT VENTURE
The following are requirements for a joint venture:
• You will need to get a space that can seat a minimum of 10 students at a time and
furnish it, space must include reception and manager’s office.
•Pay for G.O.A and Maven Sign-post and do local advertising.
•We will handle all technicalities including facilitation, teaching procedures,
certificates, manuals, operating procedures and global advertising- the world will
see it as one of our branches because we will ensure the highest standards and
ensure Nationwide publicity.
•You will be responsible for supervising the school and ensuring standards are
maintained while we provide our tried and tested systems and duplicate our
successes elsewhere; we will send representatives from time to time to help ensure
high standards are maintained from the headquarters.
• The school will bear only Maven School of Interior Decoration and Design and
carry our logos just like any of our other branches.
•Profit is shared after salaries and overheads are deducted to a ratio 55% to
G.O.A and 45% to our venture partner.

Maven SIDD branch to; other information required are full names ,address,
