Terms and Conditions Sony to Dealer
1.
Sony Europe Limited ("Sony") are providing a promotion to certified Sony Specialist Dealer ("Dealers") whereby Dealers will receive a cashback rebate on the sale of following products:
 HXR-NX30E - 200 EURO
 HXR-NX70E - 200 EURO
 HXR-NX5E - 300 EURO
 PMW-150 - 400 Euro
 PMW-200 – 500 Euro
on the condition that Dealers run a promotion to end customers whereby end-customers who purchase an HXR-NX30E, HXR-NX70E, HXR-NX5E, PMW-150 or PMW-200 camcorder ("Sony
Camcorder“) , will receive accessories of their choice, for the HXR-NX30E and HXR-NX70E with minimum value (based on the Dealer's standard publishing price) of at least of 200 Euro
and for the HXR-NX5E, PMW-150 with minimum value (based on the Dealer's standard publishing price) at least of 400 Euro and PMW-200 with minimum value (based on the Dealer's
standard publishing price) at least of 500 Euro including local sales tax such as VAT (See slide Nr. 6 for equivalent local value)
2. The end customer promotion operated by the Dealer must state that:
a) In order to qualify for this promotion the end-customer must purchase the Sony Camcorder and accessories;
b) The accessories must be chosen from the participating Sony Specialist Dealer range of accessories, suitable for the Sony Camcorders purchased, subject to availability of the
Dealer
3. In order to claim the Cash back the Dealer will send a copy of sales invoice to bChannels ( who are administering the promotion on behalf of Sony) for validation. The invoice must the
following details: product details (product type, serial Nr.); accessories details (product Type, Serial Nr. if exists); qquantity; invoice date; and end-user name. This data will be used
exclusively by bChannels for the purpose of handling this promotion and no pricing information contained in such invoice will be passed to Sony.
4. This promotion is available only to Sony certified Sony Specialist Dealer in the EU, EEA, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia and
Switzerland.
5. Sony reserves the right to withhold the cash back where it is suspected that a false or fraudulent claim is being made, or where a claim has been made which does
6. not comply with these terms.
7. Sony reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior notice.
8. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
9. No other credit or cash alternative available.

13. All claim forms should be received by midnight on 31 March 2013. No claim forms will be accepted after this date.

1. Participating Sony certified Sony Specialist Dealers are operating a promotion whereby when purchasing an HXR-NX30E, HXR-NX70E,
HXR-NX5E, PMW-150 or PMW-200 camcorder ("Sony Camcorder“) , will receive accessories of their choice, for the HXR-NX30E and HXRNX70E with minimum value (based on the Dealer's standard publishing price) of at least of 200 Euro and for the HXR-NX5E, for PMW-150
with minimum value (based on the Dealer's standard publishing price) at least of 400 Euro and for PMW-200 with minimum value (based on
the Dealer's standard publishing price) at least of 500 Euro including local sales tax such as VAT.

2. In order to qualify for this promotion you must purchase the Sony Camcorder and accessories at the same time.
