When Should I Check my GPS Report? • At least once each semester. What is the purpose of my GPS Report? • To track your progress in your program. Internal transfer credits may not exceed 50% of the program requirements. TRAVELING SCHOLAR Written permission is required from your faculty advisor to take courses at other institutions while enrolled in your graduate program. An official transcript must be submitted to the College of Graduate Studies for transfer credit. Only courses with a grade of “B-“ or higher may be transferred into a program of study. .
