Group CIO - ICT Risk Department - Group ICT Risks & Regulations

In this position you will be facing the
following tasks:
- Collect information on ICT Threats and ICT
Compliance Risks from the local counterparts
of the Group ICT Risks & Regulations unit;
- Execute coherence checks and validation on
ICT Threats and ICT Compliance Risks
assessments of the local counterparts of the
Group ICT Risks & Regulations unit;
- Proactively follow-up on ICT Threats and ICT
Compliance Risks assessments in the context
of the handling of major ICT risk events and
incidents;
- Monitor global and local ICT Threats and ICT
Compliance Risks mitigation plans;
- Provide operative support to the local
counterparts of the Group ICT Risks &
Regulations unit;
- Provide support to Senior ICT Risk Analysts
in preparing and distributing Global Guidelines
and Group Operating Instructions to be
adopted Groupwide for managing ICT Threats;
- Provide support to Senior ICT Risk Analysts
in the evaluation of the ICT Threats and ICT
Compliance Risks situation at Group level,
prepare reports and presentations for the
Group CIO;
- Provide support to Senior ICT Risk Analysts
in the comparison of the ICT Threats situation
at Group level toward the Group ICT Risk
Appetite targets;
- Provide support to Senior ICT Risk Analysts
in coordinating the design of global and local
ICT Threats and ICT Compliance Risks
mitigation plans;
- Provide support to Senior ICT Risk Analysts
Your profile:
- University: Economics, Engineering, Information
Technology, Math, Physic - Bachelor Degree;
- Microsoft Office: Experienced User;
- Web Applications: Experienced User;
- Project Management: Practical Knowledge;
- English: Fluent;

The research is aimed to Junior ICT Risk Analysts that,
reporting to the teams heads within the Group ICT Risks
& Regulations unit, will be operating in the following
areas
- ICT Threats Management;
- 1st level ICT Controls Management;
- Monitoring and Reporting;
- ICT Compliance Risk Management.
