Reflect your experience working in the ward/clinic During our placement at Ripas, there is a conflict between staff nurse and patient’s relative about the intubation. Then the ward manager ask the relative to gather at her room and the ward manager explain about the intubation with great communication skill with reasonable reason which make the relative confident and trust about the procedure.
