body of Jews).
A teacher of the Old Testament.
The man who came by night

He makes three appearances in the
Gospel of John.

Reading: John 2:23 – John 3:2.
Jesus Knew all about mankind

Education, nature and culture may
improve a person, but only grace can
transform a person.
Nicodemus’ first words to
Jesus


We know you are a teacher sent by
God.
There are depths of our personality
and being that will only be
transformed when we realise who
Jesus is and fall in love with him.
Changing our mindset


The Gossip.
The adamantly selfish person
Selfishness is one of the greatest
hindrances to the cause of Christ.
(D.L Moody).

The Timid one.
The worldly mindset.
A character change



John 7:45-52.
The second appearance of Nicodemus
presents a changed man.
You can either acknowledge your
mistakes and weaknesses , change and
move on, or you can justify them and
stand still.



Vision
Intention
Means
(Dallas Willard)
A worthwhile ministry








John 19:38 – 42.
