DESTINY
“How to fulfil your God given
destiny”.
Destiny key: God created us to be intelligent,
thoughtful, planning, envisioning people.
Ten key questions that will uncover your Destiny:
1.
What is the deepest desire of your heart?
PSALM 37:4
1.1 As I delight in knowing and serving God, He (God) play desires
within me. He causes me to desire those things which are in His plan
for my life.
1.2 A I delight in knowing and serving God He give me things I desire.
Spiritual and natural things I desire. Spiritual and Natural things a
granted unto me, as a father on earth desire to give to give good gifts
to his children.
1.3 Desire is not God-given, it is part of development of destiny in our
live,
eg. They young man who loves to talk and cannot be quite in class
may someday communicate truths that will change the lives of his
listeners.
1.4 The young woman who loves to tell everyone what to do and take
control of every situation may someday manage and govern their lives
of people.
1.5 Your desire is linked to your destiny. Desires, as God created it, is a
positive power you’ll discover your destiny as you clarify things you really
want.
2. WHAT STIRS YOUR PASSION?
2.1 DISCRIPTION-Passion is that zeal, fire excitement and intensity that you
feel about things that are important to you. Passion is powerful.
John 2:15
Psalm 69:9
Jesus cleanse the temple etc.
Jesus was consumed with passion and He became violent.
2.2 Passion stirs us to Action
e.g. Passion for Praise + Worship = motivates you to learn, practice to
bring forth music which God put in your heart.
2.3 Passion – Numbers may lead to accounting
- Building stirs us to be concern about smallest detail of
construction
- Word stirs us to write
- Help – Social workers, Nurses, Counsellor's
- Persuasion – sales
ONE WAY TO KNOW OUR DESTINY (QUESTION)
What makes me the most upset?
- If we care to the point of anger about something it may be the part of our
heart.
- Proverbs 20 : 24-25
3. WHAT FLOWS NATURAL OUT OF YOU?
3.1 Your cause of destiny will feel right. Will feel natural as you discover it.
people who have found their place in Gods plan are doing what is
natural to them.
- Rom 12 : 4
3.2 Your calling is the specific thing you do a career or job Ministry in which
God has placed you as a seek to accomplished a purpose, fulfil a vision
and complete your course of destiny.
A teacher can – handle 25 – 40 active minds and bodies.
A builder can decipher complex blue prints,
A salesperson can handle resistant & customers because that is their
calling destiny
Find what feels natural flows normal.
4. WHERE DO YOU BRING FOURTH FRUIT OR PRODUCE
GOOD RESULTS
A “Tree is known by its fruit”
Matthew 12 : 33
If it is God’s plan, a tree will be fruitful and produce
Luke 13 : 6-9
God is not interested in things that do not produce

God planned for everyone of us to bring forth good fruit
throughout our lifetime
5. WHAT IS THE WITNESS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOUR SPIRIT
Rom 8: 14,16
God has a way of letting us know what is wrong and right and what His will
is, call it a feeling, a knowing, an intuition or a green light on the inside, we
all have witness in our spirit when something is in question.
Learn to listen to the inner voice of your spirit. Not your head.
6. WHAT DO MATURE CHRISTIANS SEE IN YOU.
You are not alone, God will to you friends and leaders who can help you on to
destiny course.
Proverbs 18 : 1
Do not try to make decision on your own. Use the gifts and talents of others
although you can not rely on them for a final decision. You can draw wisdom
from them.

When you walk with someone, you will eventually stand with them. So be
careful with whom you associate.

7. WHAT CAREER OR MINISTRY DO YOU FEEL THE
PEACE OF GOD ABOUT PURSUING?
When we are on course with our God-given destiny, there is a peace that
passes understanding in our lives. Others may wonder how we can do what
we are doing and have peace about it.

LET THE PEACE OF THE GOD BE THE UMPIRE OF YOUR LIFE
8. WHAT THOUGHTS, VISIONS OR DREAMS ARE
IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT OUT OF YOUR MIND
- In Acts 2:17 Holy Spirit was giving visions and dreams to all flesh. Young and
old they were full of ideas. We can be too . We have the same spirit.
- Most of the time when God plant something in our spirit, it becomes a thought
or an idea that just want go away.
Proverbs 20 : 27
- eg. Moses had thought to be free is real from bondage for 40yrs before way
accomplished.
- Jeremiah from a childhood had vision of ministering God’s word to his people.
Key : Everything God wants to do in your life will starts as a thought or vision.
- Those thoughts, vision and dreams that stay with you may indicate God’s plan
for your destiny.
9. TO WHAT GOD CAN YOU GIVE 100% OF YOURSELF FOR
YOUR WHOLE LIFE?
- Whatever God planned for you will use all your ability, talents, gifts, strength
and emotions. He did not give abilities only to ignore them it is destiny for
you.

10.WHAT DO PEOPLE WANT TO GATHER AROUND AND
HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH?
What do people want to help me do?
Acts 16:10
Paul had a vision, but all of those with Him immediately picked it up and willing
to go with it, that happened when destiny is there. People sense it get involved.
Churches, business, Ministries, that are born of God
attract people, and like a magnet, get them involved
with the vision. Department in the church or in
businesses that are destined to prosper attract the
necessary people to make them succeed. When no
one is interested and no one will get involve, it could
be (though not always) that this is not a part of your
destiny.
10 STEPS TO YOUR DESTINY
• What is the deepest desire of your heart?
• What stirs your passion?
• What flows naturally out of you ?
• Where do you bring fourth fruit or produce good results?
• What is the witness of the Holy Spirit in your spirit?
• What do mature Christian see in you?
• What career or Ministry do you feel the peace of God about pursuing?
• What thoughts, visions, or dreams are impossible to put out of your
mind?
• To what can you give 100 percent of yourself for your whole life?
• What people want to gather around and help you accomplish?
