 A life that’s committed to living out the Covenant of
Grace by Believers and their families

 恩典之约: 上帝在这约里白白地向罪人提供了一位
中保, 就是耶稣基督, 使信徒靠他得生命和救恩, 并
以信心作为与他联合的条件。上帝在这约中应许并
赐给他的选民圣灵, 在他们心中生成这种信心, 及其
他与救恩相伴的美德, 使他们能够虔敬顺服, 作为真
信心和对上帝感恩的凭据。恩典之约的施行是藉着

1.委身於恩典之约的生活
 The Covenant of Grace: God has freely provided a Mediator,
Jesus Christ, for sinners in this covenant, so believers may have
salvation and a new life through Him, with faith being the
condition that man must meet in order to be united with Christ.
In this covenant, God has promised and given the Holy Spirit to
His chosen people, and through the work of the Holy Spirit, they
have faith in their hearts as well as virtues that accompany their
salvation, to enable them to be godly and obedient, as a
confirmation of their true faith and their gratitude toward God.
The covenant of grace is applied through the preaching of the
Word, baptism, and sacrament. (Please refer to Westminster
Larger Catechism Questions 31-36)
1.委身於恩典之约的生活
 立约的意义: 表明信徒信靠耶稣基督为中保, 白白
领受神所赐的恩典。承认我们是属於他的, 是他所
喜悦的儿女。立志学习爱神, 遵行他的旨意, 过圣洁
的生活, 并委身於家庭和教会。
 The meaning of the covenant:To declare that believers
trust in Jesus Christ as their mediator, and freely receive the
grace given by God. To confess that we belong to Him, are
His delighted children. To resolve to love God, obey His will,
live a holy life, and be committed to family and church.

 过有纪律的基督徒生活: 除掉心中的偶象, 与基督同
死同活, 学习过圣洁生活, 养成祷告, 读经和灵修的
习惯, 透过门徒训练和小组(团契) 操练。
 Live a disciplined Christian life: Through discipleship
training and practices in fellowships and small groups,
believers are to remove idols from their hearts, to learn to
live and die with Christ, live a holy life, and have regular
devotions (including prayer and Bible-reading).

 对没有过恩典之约生活的信徒和子女的关怀: 继续
传讲并向他们活出福音的见证, 个别家庭辅导, 青少
年福音性聚会
 Caring for believers and their children who do not
live a life demonstrating their understanding of the
covenant of grace: continue to preach and testify the
power of the gospel to them, conduct family counseling, and
hold evangelistic youth meetings

 Live a life of faith and repentance: Do not rely on
feelings, the object of our faith is Jesus Christ and God’s
promises. Read “The doctrine of Repentance” to learn to
distinguish true repentance and false repentance

 经历福音改变生命的大能: 唯独仰望十字架的救恩,
明白因信称义, 重生, 成圣都是圣灵的工作。相信神
的主权, 只有圣灵可以藉着福音改变人心。
 To experience the transforming power of the
Gospel: To look only to the salvation on the cross and
understand that justification by faith, regeneration, and
sanctification are all works of the Holy Spirit. To believe
God’s sovereignty and that only the Spirit can change people
by applying Gospel to their hearts.

 To become minister of the Gospel: To change from
program-oriented to Gospel-centered ministry; use the book
“You are the Minister” as a reference book for fellowships
engaged in shepherding their members; Bible study on the
book of Ephesians.
