Practical Club Group Work:
Aim:
To improve the GK’s knowledge, skills and work process during real club situations

Club GK Coach works during a game
Analysis of game by a minimum of two members of the group
Match footage if possible, sent to members of the group if they cannot attend the game
Meeting (conference call) held to discuss analysis, set key objectives, design session plan, organisation etc. for
training session (Club GK to lead)
Training session carried out at club. Club GK Coach works with Head Coach or Assistant Coach during the
training. (Other members of the group should be in attendance to observe and record findings)
Reflection and feedback delivered by Tutor/Instructor
