What is The Future Horizons Programme ?

What is The Future Horizons Programme ?
• Based in Hook Coy – linked into the existing process
• Two Advisors – interview ESLs pre-discharge
– Assessment of needs
– Registered on the systems
– Allocated to a Specialist Employment Consultant (SEC)
• Central Employment Team track progress
• 3 Stages to the programme:
– No help required
– Standard job finding support
– More complex support needs
• Various evaluation strands being measured
• 12 month report delivered in April 2013
