Feedback on this initial draft were
constructive and positive for the overall
effort. Some of the comments for
consideration in the final draft:

When reporting demographics, is the
understanding of the material better
represented in percentage of the
population, rate per 100,000, or is both
preferred.

Clarity in graph represented information
 Better graph placement
 More specific recommendations for reaching
the homebound population
 More specific information about unidentified
populations(Native American population)
 Additional section added to include some of
the outreach being done in communities
 Minor grammatical editing for consistency
and clarity

