cm. Dividetevi le due farce disponendole a
triangolo su uno dei lati corti.
Dal lato opposto praticate dei forellini o dei
taglietti, a seconda del ripieno, per identificarli una volta cotti.
Ripiegate le strisce su se stesse a triangolo,
sigillando i bordi con poco olio. Disponete i fagottini su una teglia coperta di carta da
forno e cuoceteli in forno ventilato a 200° per
10 minuti.

lavoro. Unitevi il bicarbonato e 1 pizzico di
sale, poi versate al centro 0,75 dl di olio e 1,25 dl
di acqua tiepida. Impastate a lungo fino a ottenere un composto liscio.
