The luminaries are signs of G-d's greatness in two ways:
1. The heavenly "bodies" are constants reminders of
G-d’s Omnipotence.
2. They sometimes diverge from their natural course to
comply with His Divine will, [as when the sun stopped for Joshua
(Joshua 10: 12– 13).

“Sign”
The Hebrew word for “sign” is “owth”, which also
translates as “signals.” Based on the Scripture,
G-d uses the sun, moon, and stars as signals to
mankind.

observing Shemittah guarantees abundance,
neglecting it leads to judgment.

A rare earthquake occurred in North America

A Tetrad is defined as four total lunar eclipses
